Signup for an ePay account, upload funds to your account using PayPal or Skrill.
2Select Your Recipient
Click on Send Money link, enter the email address of your recipient. Note that the recipient must have a registered ePay account. Indicate the amount you wish to send, proceed as prompted by the system. This service is FREE.
